Responsible for managing and coordinating the NOC team. The main aim for this coordination is to ensure that the networking system runs efficiently without interruption. Coordinates the duty shift table for the NOC operations and carefully allocates staff members on different shift duties for ensuring the whole NOC shift works in an efficient and effective manner. Ensure follow-ups of network faults and alarms. Follow up of Major degradation from field team & Update to management & Customer. Responsible to circulate daily/weekly/monthly Reports in the agreed format internally and externally and performance management. To ensure that contractual KPIs must be gauge/measured with the available statistical data on daily basis and shared with all concerns.
