Working as a Senior HR Officer. Job responsibilities are as under 1. Recruitment and selection. 2. Inter project / Department Posting of civil and army personnel. 3. Data entry of newly hired employees / newly posted army personnel using Oracle R12 module. 4. Dealing with placement of Internees on different projects and preparation of their stipend, internship certificates, their evaluation and if found suitable for the job then their hiring process. 5. Welfare of Employees by processing their loan application, medical, distress grants etc. 6. Employees leave matters. 7. Processing of discharge cases of employees. 8. Head count. 9. Preparation of Promotion and Upgrdation cases.
