Production Officer
• Supervise production process, drawing up a production schedule with ensuring that the production is cost effective and making assured that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Execution of 5S at production floor, visual performance management as well as implement HSE on production floor.
• Formulate standard operating procedures for operating of equipment’s and procedures.
• Efficiently direct quality and quantity of employee productivity, examine performance of team members, and implement improvements procedures to assure quality of products.
• Sustain complete documentation and record of all production activities, like Formulation/packing Log sheets. Shift report, wastage report, activity, incineration reports while using system application program SAP.
• Apply quality assurance methodology to receive material, production, and finished parts while utilizing relevant schematics and established compliant processes.
