Lead the coordination of high level meetings with CM, Ministeries, UN, Bank, INGOs and NGOs 
Development of M&E and BCC framwork for the department of health 
Reproting and information shring 

Provide leadership to MNCH thematic area at the Provincial & district level and be responsible for efficient implementation of national MNCH program. Under one leadership, develop horizontal and vertical functional linkages between LHWs Program, EPI Program, DHIS & Health Education Officer, district hospitals, nursing/midwifery school, district offices of other departments e.g. population welfare, Greenstar and Key, social welfare and organizations/ NGOs for synergy and integration of their MNCH activities under the cell. Collaborate and coordinate with Provincial MCH directorate to LHWs program and for technical assistance, FP services, HRD, M&E and any other support required. Prepare annual provincial & district work plan for MNCH activities. Identify and liaise with local NGOs & the Private sector for developing public-private partnership in order to improve/ensure FP services and compliment and expand MNCH services coverage under national MNCH program. Undertake regular supervision, monitoring & evaluation of all the activities and continued operational research to identify strengths and weakness/ bottlenecks in program and take corrective actions. Prepare consolidated quarterly and annual financial/ expenditure reports and provide to all concerned including Provincial MCH directorate and Integrate the MNCH program with NP&FP, Population Welfare, EPI, Nutrition, Malaria, HIVAids, LHWs program and other INGOs and UN-Agencies as well as public & private tertiary level Hospitals with the close coordination of MOH & Population Welfare department. Close coordination with internal & external and donor agencies, found rising for sustainability of programs. Ensure the availability of FP services at HFs level.

); Design a PHP strategy for 2015 program of Oxfam in the area with WASH Coordinator. Participation in the preparation, planning and performance of the health and hygiene promotion and community participation activities of the project. Managing the health and hygiene and community participation technical team in their charge. Selection, supervision, training and/or coaching and evaluation of the personnel under their responsibility. Selection of the material and equipment resources with for the Health, Nutrition and hygiene promotion and community participation activities with close coordination of DOH, WASH for suitable technical specifications and assuring quality. Define & disseminating of indicators with stakeholders and ensure the collection of data and statistics and implement monitoring systems. To supervise and evaluate the impact of the health and hygiene promotion activities. To inform and represent the Oxfam at high level coordination meetings WASH, Health & Nutrition the health and hygiene and community participation activities with the other agencies and actors carrying out similar activities. To write the necessary reports and participation in drafting new proposals on the development of activities of health and hygiene in the context of south sudan.

Ensure the close coordination with donor agencies, DOH, UN-Agencies & INGOs while Conduct Need based Assessment/Survey of HFs, Identification of gaps analysis of MNCH & RH services at the DHQH/ THQH level. Rapid response of Epidemic and seasonal outbreaks, generate of Epidemiological reports and disease pattern & distribution then sharing with stakeholders, Gap analysis of Public and Nursing Schools, development of MNCH packages for THQ/DHQ & RHCs level HFs. Support initiate the performance based incentives of HCPs and TNA for capacity building. Support procurement and supply of identified equipment required at DHQH/ THQH. Support the preparation of the Health Facility Assessment report and sharing with provincial and district stakeholders. Establishment of referral desks, revitalization/establishment of DHMTs, support monthly supervisory visits to health facilities with close coordination of DOH for Health delivery performance purpose.

To provide the technical oversight to the WASH activities and disease outbreaks in flood affected population with Save the Children in close coordination of DoH, INGOs, UN-agencies and line departments in Jacobabad Sindh

To support the ARC emergency response activities particularly diseases outbreaks, Hygiene Promotion, disease trend analysis and distribution of disease in the flood affected population of Balochistan & Sindh Provinces, close coordination and communication with stakeholders at each level and fund raising for integration of project

Handle financial management issues such as preparation of budget for district, maintaining accounts, compilation of the expenditure and reconciliation reports and dealing with audit objections. Undertake regular supervision, monitoring & evaluation of all the activities and continued operational research to identify strengths and weakness/ bottlenecks in program and take corrective actions. Prepare consolidated quarterly and annual financial/ expenditure reports and provide to all concerned including Provincial MCH directorate

Overall responsible for all activities in the region as conducting the Potential Contact Persons workshops, Guiding & technical assisting the Social Immobilizers. Responsible to check the daily/ Monthly quarterly work plans and reports of SOs, JSOs and other field unit staff. Providing data of field to Monitoring & Evaluation section in time. Liaison with relevant local line departments, NGOs. Facilitating the SM staff for batter implementation of project goals. Make harmony in all section for better implementation of programme activities at field level. Facilitating the RPO and other concerned managers in project implementation. Close coordination with line departments as dissemination progress reports with them for project updates. To write proposal and progress reports against the project objectives and submitted it to HO office on timely

To assist development of Public health baseline data in line with public health indicators and contribute to capacity building strategy for PHPs and village development communities on public health and sanitation issues. To coordinate Public with PHPs, other Oxfam GB staff, partners, relevant government institutions and allies within the union council on public health issues. To develop the job descriptions of PHPs and set their field objectives Plan, organize, implement and monitor Public activities on site as assigned by line manager, sourcing and organizing planning and requesting NFI material supply in conjunction with logistics community, gender and protection needs. To undertake monitoring throughout the daily/ week and monthly as appropriate supported by relevant qualitative and quantitative information on projects during the month. Attend KDRF meeting on daily basis to share the Oxfam Public Health interventions activities. Write timely reports on activities and plans as directed by the PO.

Extending support to partner(NGO) on project management and implementation issues supporting the interventions designed for improved learning and knowledge accumulation through documentation of the learning and their analysis as to make critical inputs for the project implementation on strategic level. Collating and compiling periodic reports on assessment and distribution activities both for internal consumption and donors’ updating submitting the distribution reports to partner (NGO) and project officer. Monitoring the project with the partner periodically to ensure that it was carried out as planned; reporting the impact that the intervention had on the beneficiaries. Appraising the project and streamlining the partner’s work and documentation. Facilitating the capacity building process of the partner (NGO) through working under Oxfam‘s procedure. Leading the field staff in conducting community meetings and carrying out surveys in order to identify the beneficiaries under Oxfam set criteria for NFI distribution monitoring the distribution to ensure the Oxfam procedure and standard

Develop questioners for Base line survey in IDPs camp. Close coordination with PHE team for construction of water / sanitation facilities e.g. latrines, water points septic tanks, consulting especially female to involve them for site selection of the facilities. Demonstration the communities for usage of watsan facilities e.g. pit latrines pour flash latrines and water installation. Organizing & conducting stakeholder workshops in the project area for situation analysis. Assist to Design promotion tools, Islamic messages link with personal hygiene promotion, typing and disseminated Posters, Pamphlets, and Brushers on health hygiene and sanitation. Distribution of Hygiene kits among IDPs affected from earthquake. Helping camp committees to identify the most deserving families for NFI distribution. Preparing daily, weekly and Monthly progress report of the field activities.

Coordination with district health officer organizing training for LHVs on child delivery basic issues. Frequent visit of BHUs in remote villages of district. Conducted interviews with mothers about their experiences in delivery of children. Developed community information package, in consultation with CO’s and organized orientation sessions on reproductive Health related issue and guide them to avoid from the old myths Monitoring and measuring project implementation. Coordinating activities with implementing government health department. Giving constructive feedback on project operations to Coordinator and help with troubleshooting. Ensuring formal and informal project monitoring reports are submitted to Provincial coordinator in a timely and efficient manner. Regularly reports to Project coordinator on the status and Progress of assigned duties.
