PERSONAL STATEMENT
Respected Sir/Ms,
I have many interests in different things like studies, researching on different topics and working in industry . From beginning of my studies I remained the position holder from school, College till University in top ten students. I have completed my Chemical Engineering degree (Sixteen year of Education) in 2015.
I have strong knowledge about Industrial Processes, Equipment used in industry and their working principal, Hazards, Environmental Sciences, Management and Operations, Safety and Maintenance, Quality and Production System, Oil Field, fertilizers, industrial Energy system and many more horizons of Chemical Engineering.
I have also One Month apprenticeship Experience in Husein Sugar Mills, Jaranwala, Pakistan. As a Production Trainee Engineer in Process Unit and Prepared a Thesis and Trained On following Units in Sugar Mills.
1) Milling Unit Cutters, Levelers, Milling Section and Screening Of Sugarcane Juice.
2) Boiler and Power Unit Water Treatment Plant, Three Boiler of D-type of total capacity 155Tons/hr of Steam. Turbines and Power Generation.
3) Process Unit Vapor Juice Lime Heat , Defecation, Clarification Unit, Rotary Drums, Multi effect Evaporators, Pan Evaporators, Crystallization, Centrifugation, Refining and Quality Assurance of Sugar Production Process according to engineering point of view.
I have done my research on production of Biodiesel by using Heterogeneous catalyst from last eight months in which I did a thorough literature review for the exploration of the different aspects of the research topics, performed experiments, characterized the material and compiled the results. I also designed the plant for the production of Methyl Ethyl Ketone.
