Mechanical Assembler
Specialized in Power Transformer, wherein undersigned is doing all kinds of assembling and mechanical
and electrical works in power transformer as well as doing work in Core Laying Process, Winding
Assembly, LV, HV and Tap connection making, Final pressing of ovened active part, conservator assembly,
HV and LV bushing assembly, Motor drive assembly, Radiator fixing, Assembling & Dismantling of
products, HV & LV Bushes fixing, Rectification of mechanical/fitting faults and their re-assembly.
• Perform Power and Distribution Transformer Routine & Special Test as per IEC standard.
• Perform on-site installation Testing, commissioning, Servicing on Power and Distribution Transformer
and its equipment.
• Perform other work related task as assigned.
• Implements change and corrective action which will result in product and process improvement.
• May priorities work based on production schedule.
• Responsible for providing process improvement ideas.
• Read work instruction closely to accurately assemble in the proper way.
• Maintain paperwork to meet quality specifications.
• Crane Operation. (Up to 200 ton).
