• Arrange conferences for the representatives of the community organizations where they shared their views and experiences
• Organizing training courses in consultation with COs to improve their technical and managerial skills
• Supervision, implementation and monitoring of different activities at CO level through regular follow up visits.
• Inculcated a sense of ownership among the members of COs towards benefits derived from the project or any other GO and NGO especially with regard to the operation and maintenance.
• Building capital through regular saving of SRSP COs members.
• Maintained records of COs at Region level.
