• Prepare concept note, work plan, bring on board required technical expertise and finalize operational and technical preparations for the survey in all localities of district umerkot
• Using digital questionnaire forms using relevant software for deployment in digital tablets during data collection in the HH survey field work, including the translation of the forms in local language.
• Attend the training programme for HH survey for survey team of including the input in the deployment of digital questionnaire, in collaboration with Field Survey Consultant;
• Prepare work plan of the HH survey as per the sample design including finalization of household listing and mapping;
• Closely monitor and ensure smooth operation of data collection during the HH survey in all 8 localities of the state;
• Supervise data processing operations post completion of field work including indicator tables with guidance from concerned sector experts.

• Implementation of project interventions as per implementation plan,
• To organize trainings for the members of SDMCs and DCF in the field area
• To develop qualitative and quantitative reports as per standard formats
• Arrange meeting with community for sharing project activities and Keep close coordination with engineering sections for mobilization and facilitation at community level as when required.
• Keeping close coordination with community, religious leaders, community leaders and School head Master/Mistress.
• Identify families who have out of school children or street children at home. These may be mobilized and motivated to take part in education of their children.
• SOs will contribute effectively in the school improvement through implementation of Child Friendly Classrooms in collaboration with school teachers and education department.
• Conducting Pre-KAP and baseline survey to record attitude of the government schools at the start

• This position was mainly responsible for the mad evolution of PPAF funded microfinance related project of different IPs from 9 districts of sindh.
• Acted was facilitator of that survey.
• While during the assessment period we have conducted the impact assessment from the target community.
• To repot the supervisor after completion the target.
