·       Reporting to Head of Department
·       Ready prospectus for upcoming session.
·       Develop clear, accurate admission information and detail of all programs.
·       Counsels and advises newly admitted students and their guardian.
·       Develop and maintain data base of applications. (Selected and Rejected)
·       Display of selection list on website.
·       Follow up from accounts department for student’s dues.
·       Maintain coordination between examination department finance department and year coordinators for eligibility of students to take professional/entrance test.
·       Responsible to assign all duties of National Scientific Congress event.

·        Reporting to the Dean and/or Head of School
·       Working closely with the Associate Dean
·       Providing course specific advice to students     
·       Monitoring applications, offers and enrolment numbers and related statistics
·       Considering and approving enrolment and credit cases
·       Considering cross-institutional requests
·       Conducting orientation sessions at the course level (in conjunction with Faculty and School activities
·          Overseeing administration of student progress
