Mercedes Benz Digital Dealer Asia Pacific and Africa
MB DTP is a Middleware solution built on top of core NETSOL Financial Suite to support mobile and web applications. My role was to manage the project from inception till go live. Directly managed the project at customer site in Singapore, Thailand,Taiwan, China and South Korea during different phases of project.
 
Mercedes Benz Regional Middleware Solution
MB RMW is a Middleware solution built on top of core NETSOL Financial Suite to support mobile and web applications. It is gone live in all 11 Mercedes APAC markets. My role is to provide operations support for all markets. I am looking after Incident Managment , Change Management and Service delivery of RMW. Currently involved in analysis and design of Salesforce, PEGA integration with NFS.
 
Mercedes Benz Regional Scoring Engine
NFS scoring was replaced by FICO point score. NFS was integrated with FICO server using Websphere and web services. This solution was implemented in Mercedez Benz China, India , Taiwan , Thailand , Singapore, Hongkong and Malaysia. The major accomplishment in project is to complete the whole implementation by mid of 2015 within the cost and time line.

(Nov 11~Sep 13) Intagleo Systems is a UK base software firm which provide virtual staffing for Enterprise solutions, Web and Mobile applications development.

PIREAN Service Desk 2 Service Desk Service Management Bus
PIREAN SMBUS is a platform independent software used to integrate multiple service desks. A single incident is exchanged to multiple service desks having different platforms by performing intelligent business checks. It was a unique solution designed in JAVA on top of multiplatform like IBM WebSphere 7.1, IBM DB2 , JBoss,  IBM Global Maximo and TSRM.
 
PIREAN Risk Management System
PIREAN RMS is a Web based application used to measure risks. A strong rule engine is implemented for risk identification, and its intensity. Also custom rule creation and calculation functionality was provided using IBM WebSphere 7.1, IBM DB2, LDAP and ITIM.
 
PIREAN Access : One
PIREAN Access: One was built for identity authentication, federated identity management and SSO for Cloud resources. Access: One provides an adaptive access control framework, which centrally manages and simplifies the complexity of administering the numerous identity and access management protocols which are often in place for organizations many systems, infrastructures and security services. Access: One uses many security services from across the business infrastructure using IBM WebSphere 7.1, IBM DB2, LDAP, ITIM, ISIM, JBoss and IBM WAS MQ.
 
Setup of PMO procedure
During the tenure implemented the project management processes. Streamlined the communication mechanism with clients. Process monitoring and proper release management was introduced.

(April 10~Dec10) FiveRivers Technologies is US based software firm that provide software services to ClearCube and VDIWorks USA.

Sentral
Sentral is the main connectivity solution for thin client and PC blades for ClearCube. It is used for distributed computing. This system is developed in java and Python. It was a total revamp in terms of UI and usability. My duties include project management client and team facilitation. Liaison with internal and remote QA teams, Time allocation and resource planning.
 
Circadence MVO
CircadenceMVO  is the network optimization tool built in Python and MicroSoft Silver Light.
 
Video Over IP
VoIP is a remote services protocol just like MS RDP and SoftPCoIP. This is efficient and faster than any other remote services protocol.
