• Establish good interpersonal relationships within the SST by helping people feel valued, appreciated, and included in discussions;

• To ensure that all school related issues are resolved, reported and followed up, in collaboration with the SDE and other CDCs e.g. resolution of Failed Inspections and addressing of re-inspection associated delays, technical or otherwise, community related complaints/disputes.
