2,Senior HVAC Technician - Maintenance (Jun 2013 to Nov 2014) Worked at Saudi International Petrochemical Company (SIP-CHEM) -Jubail, KSA.
• Corrective jobs, preventive maintenance jobs, and compressor oil change jobs (Bitzer, Copeland, Bitzer reciprocating).
• Lead & assist the technicians with troubleshooting on DDC and analyze their Constant improvement of handling jobs
• Preventive maintenance of York or Zamil chillers replace drier core, clean Condenser coils, clean cooler barrel, clean chilled water strainer, Change chilled water As per scheduled.
• Preventive maintenance of Package Units (PACU).
• Preventive maintenance of AHU clean cooling coil, clean filters, greasing motor bearing and pulley shaft Bearings.
• Ensure A/C units’ efficiencies are maintained by doing preventive maintenance as Scheduled.
Perform daily toolbox meeting and review past things and discuss technical issues and keep them motivated.
• Sound knowledge to use SAP system.
• Carryout visual inspection and be vigilant to identify any developing problem in the Area and Report to supervisor.
• Comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) as well as Work Permit policies and procedures.
• Execute assigned activities with respect to safety and quality to meet SAP Planned schedule.
• Communicate in written and spoken English.
