The mission is to empower one million Pakistani people in digital skills, so they can make a
better future for themselves as skilled freelancers, online entrepreneurs and smart workers in the
digital economy.
DigiSkills Training Program is Pakistan’s first Online Training Program to empower the youth with skills that are in demand in the freelance market including E-Commerce Management, Digital Marketing, WordPress, Graphics Design, SEO, Content Writing, and more. It consists of multiple online skill-based training courses. The very unique feature of this program is that the course content has been designed specifically for a Pakistani audience in a mix of Urdu-English language. I, as a Freelancing Coach, responsible for:
- Mentoring trainees in a distance learning environment.
- Answering phone calls, and solve the trainee queries.
- Responding to trainees comments and questions posted online.
- Developing and evaluating students assignments, quizzes, and other assessments.
- Regular contact with a trainee via the DigiSkills online web portal.
- Maintaining records of student progress/grades.
- Determining trainees development and progress.
- Assisting in course content development.
