· Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
· Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
· Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations
· Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
· Process and follow up appointments, reassignments, promotions and other HR decisions which generate personnel administration actions in a timely and thorough way, being sensitive to the human dimensions involved and tailoring actions accordingly.
· Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them.
· Correspondence with successfully selected candidates prior to their joining the company’s service.

• Responsible for making employee official letters and memos.

• Responsible to maintain MIS of Bond Papers, internships.
• Ensuring completion of joining formalities and to process internship application requests received from segments.
• Correspondence with successfully selected candidates prior to their joining the Bank’s service.
• To scrutinize hiring documents from documentation checklist and prepare letters of appointment as per the approved terms & conditions/minimum service agreements.
