•A keen performer in managing 5MW diesel generators (Perkins & Cummins), responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, such as changing of oil, fuel and water separator filters, tappet adjustments.
•Top end over hauling of three 1MW Perkins (4012 series) generators were completed under my supervision, which includes, calibration and grinding of injector nozzles, injector chrome and polish, Heads phasing, grinding , pressure testing, changing of injectors sleeves, inlet and exhaust valve grinding, changing of Head gas kit. Exhaust turbo repairing.
•Hand on experience of installation of diesel consumption flow meters, which calculates per hour liter consumption, per hour generation (KWH), and generation (KWH) per liter.
•Carried out maintenance of various electrical equipment for reducing downtime and enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment’s
•Adept in managing errection & commissioning of power & distribution transformers, HT & LT (switch gears, circuit breakers and electrical control starters.
•Activities involving resource planning, in process inspection, team building and coordination with internal/external departments.
•Familiar with current Industry quality standards and have good working knowledge of engineering codes for installation and design standards.
•Hands on experience to work on famous beverage brands KRONES, KOSME and
EKTAM (Blow mold, Mixer, Filler, Labeler and shrink machines).
•Trouble shooting and Installation of instrument equipment’s such as Actuators, Control valves, Positioners, proximity Sensors, Servo drive, heating module relay E7, E4, E5.
•Calibration of many type pressure transmitter, control Valve, Pressure Switches, Pressure gauge, Deadweight tester.
•Working experience on PLC ’s such as Allen Bradley, Siemens s7-300, Mitsubishi and Fatek.
•Programming and parameters setting of HMI screen and PLC Controller Panel.

Technical Qualities:
I have an experience of extension of load from 3MW to 4MW and complete erection of H.T and L.T, good understanding of electrical drawings, planning of projects, erection & maintenance. Both practical as well as theoretical knowledge of different electrical/Instruments. Worked in Pepsi as trainee electrical engineer in production department. I control Shift activities and make plan for different tasks. I deal all matters which are related to electrical department. Breakdown maintenance and continuous improvement activities of electrical power equipment (H.T, L.T), Motors up to 375 KW, ACB/VCB, HT/LT Panels, Switchgears, Lighting Systems. I control 1750KVA, 1275KVA diesel genset and have knowledge about 800 KVA and 300KVA UPS. I have made reports of major overhauling of diesel genset.
Installation of RGB LINE 30000Bottles/H:
Installed and maintained electrical and electronic control systems and solid state equipment. Provided technical leadership and monitoring of product development process working with mechanical engineers.
Regular analyzing of organizations electrical load consumption with ratios and analysis Planning & scheduling assignments to achieve pre-set goals within time parameters. Formulating long term/short term strategic plans to enhance operations. I have controlled all shift activities and made reports like wapda Bill analysis reports, diesel consumption reports.
