As SAP Coordinator (From May 2015 to Present)
Responsibilities:
• Working on Material Management & Production Planning Module for Sizing Department.
• Create Process Order, Purchase Requisition, Reservations and Sales Order.
• Generate Bill Of Contractors and Vendors.
• Maintaining Stocks on SAP and as well physically.
• Create BOM on SAP.
As a Inventory Controller (From March 2014 to April 2015)
Responsibilities:
• Clear all GST’s of Vendors and Customers and also their Bills
• Preparing and maintaining records of all Inventories.
• Compiling inventory reports and issuing them to management.
• Investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies
• Working with sales reps, customers and other members of the warehouse, as necessary.
• Maintain inventory records of Sizing and Weaving Departments separately.
Responsibilities:
• Process all the received GST’s from Vendors and Customers
• Submit Remittances to banks.
• Make payroll of employees
• Reconcile All Cheque.
