I\'m Working here as Equipment & Plant Engineer(Maintenance Engineer).

Enhanced overall equipment effectiveness by analyzing & scheduling preventive maintenance.
Supervision and scheduling for a crew of mechanic & electricians for smoothly working of equipment.
Preparing and implementing a plan for material and spare parts consumption for the annual overall repairs.
Inspection of all Equipment i.e., cranes, power generators, air compressors and other type of construction power and mechanical equipment.
Responsible to maintain the Equipment’s Services & Repair Record.
Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
Manage the planning and scheduling of the maintenance work using SAP work order system and Smart for coding of equipment’s spare parts.

Troubleshooting of electrical problems in numerous types of machines.
Electrical installation of new equipments.
Preventive maintenance of all electrical motors, controls, lighting & distribution.
Maintain a program to schedule all electrical routine work.
Keep alert on overall shop safety and make recommendations to IC.
Maintain and Repair Power Generators.

Load tested generators using manual and automated testing equipment and load banks.
Troubleshot units using wiring diagrams, schematics, and multi-meters.

Maintains professional work for Electrical and Instrumentation department.
Using P&ID loop study for controlling system of boiler.
Characteristics of transmitter technology used in boiler for measuring, monitoring and controlling.
Variable frequency drive (VFD).
Detailed study about Process Control Elements.
Learned the process and procedures of fire tube boiler.
Develops electronics & electrical products by studying customer requirements, researching, manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

It was g great oppertunity for me to do internship at PEL in Switchgear Department. PEL is at first number in pakistan
crossponding to its interest in power sector especially in Pakistan. At the beginning of internship I had set several of
learning goals regarding the improvement of knowledge and skills.
During my stay several activities have contributed to achieve a number of goals.

Study about Circuit Breakers(VCB, ACB SF6).
Study about the protection Devices such as relays.

Within my study Electrical I am interested in electrical field and especially of power transmission. It was a great
opportunity for me to do a three month internship at Sayban. At the beginning of internship I had set several of learning
goals regarding the improvement of knowledge and skills.
