\"Tuberculosis\" program is a donor-funded program to support the Government of Pakistan. This program is Funded by \"The Global Fund\", an international donor. My role is to make sure the implementation of this program in my area. 
My duties are as under:
1. Implementation of program activities
2. Conducting meetings with Doctors at their clinics
3. Meeting with identified Patients
4. Pieces of training 
5. Follow up with Patients 
6. Meetings with Govt. Health Authorities at the District level etc.
7. Any other task by the supervisor

Connecting classroom is a donor-funded project and Muslim Hands International is implementing it in Azad Jammu&Kashmir.I am monitoring pieces of training in fifteen Govt primary, elementary and high schools. I am facilitating Govt schools to participate in the International schools\'\'\'\' award and facilitating them to enhance their capacity for quality education. Other duties are as under:Meeting with Govt Education Department in AJ&KMeeting with British Council officialsRegular visits of Govt SchoolsCoordination with International stakeholders as well

Food fortification programme is five year programme being implemented by Nutrition International formally known as (Micronutrient Initiative) in all over Pakistan and funded by DFID. Its duties are as under:
Meeting with district level Govt officials for the smooth implementation of programme.
Coordinatian with flour mills association.
Regular visits of flour mills.
Sample collection of fortified products and dispatch it to relevant desk.
Planning and implementation of capacity building training of flour mill staff, Govt officials and other stakeholders.
Spot testing of fortified products etc.

This is the project with Punjab Education Foundation (PEF). My responsibilities include overseeing the Nine school\'s performance given by the Government of Punjab to Muslim Hands International. There are nine School Management Committees SMCs in the schools and I conduct meetings with them about schools performance and for quality education in the schools. I do involve in HR matters,data management and reporting as well. I have regular visits in the school to check the quality education in the schools. This job includes (MEAL) working too at the same time.
Alhamdulilah, I have done my all assignments on time and did\'t give any chance of reminder to reporting officer.

I was entered in the project of British Council implemented by Muslim Hands International as a Community Mobilizer. My Job duties includes the monitoring of Five CBOs at union council level. In this project we had to enrolled out of school children in Govt Schools by using the force of trained volunteers. And by the grace of Allah all the targets have been achieved in this project. This project is executed in district Gujranwala since from 2015.

I was selected for the post of Social Organizer in Bunyad Foundation for the project of \" Elimination Of Child and Bonded labor\" in District Hafizabad.
My Job Descriptions were to established and take care of 40 Non formal basic education centers in district Hafizabad. By the Grace of Allah we all team achieved that set target on time. This show my dedication towards my working and job as well.

I was completed my masters and seeking my job at any level. When I was selected by National Internship Programme (NIP) an initiative taken by Prime Minister of Pakistan for the employment young jobless graduates.
Now I was enter that market of professionals and started my internship. By observing my abilities towards my working senior management decided to take work from me as a full time worker. They sent me in the field with my seniors for my professional growth. By using that platform I learned many new things at the ground levels that is benefited for me.

I was the paid internee in the said organization. Management give the task to see their ongoing project of education. They were also interested in my ability of formate developing. I had development many formates while I was working there. This was very important towards my professional career growth. Through that internship I learned how to engage our seniors and How to behave with seniors in the office environment as well.
