JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
(Operations & maintenance)
o Responsible for the efficient and safe operation, maintenance, construction and repair of the HVAC system, electrical system, and plumbing in TF complex with three 150 TR central air conditioning plant.
o Inspect, repair, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
o Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant. Monitor and control property temperature.
o Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage and calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
(200 KVA Diesel generator service)
o Complete services and maintenance of gen-set time to time.
HVAC Application Engineer
o Heat load calculation to fix out the tonnage capacity.
o Calculation of CFM, static pressure, duct sizing and selection of fans.
o Design the different parts of HVAC equipment’s with the help of AutoCAD and PRO-E.
o Preparation of technical submittals and quotations along with the cost estimation of products.
