Ensure Proper stock ordering and keep eye on slow moving items and make a strategy to resolve them.
Negotiating internal promotions with suppliers to strengthen the image of discounts within the section and attract more customers
Identifying opportunities for optimization, specifically in pricing, waste reduction, shrinkage management, and staff cost control, to enhance overall profitability
Ensuring the Section Manager\\\\\\\'s compliance with internal audit requirements, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
