As Development Communications, Zikrea Saleah holds a multidisciplinary career of working on gender responsive value chains, fostering innovations, developing entrepreneurship and workforce systems of innovative and creative sectors of the economy at national and international level. She has diverse experience in the field of strategic communications, Media, Information, knowledge management, developing and conceptualizing visibility advocacy material for Development sector, Human rights, Education and social Development creating larger impact on human and social life and gender responsive economic development focusing on developing value chains of various industrial, social sectors. Building technical/industrial and entrepreneurial capacity of human resource, especially youth and institutions has been the main focus of work throughout her career. She is an expert of introducing innovations to traditional industrial sectors along with developing modern analytical and benchmarking methods for creative sectors of communication and advocacy, her work mainly focuses on integrating micro, small and medium level enterprises, entrepreneurs and technical innovators of creative sectors in the organized creative economy to maximize the potential.
Currently, She is working with UNHCR, Sub-office, Peshawar, as PI/Communication associate. She is playing role to assist refugees and other persons of concern through advocacy. She is dynamic individual with strong records in spoken and written communications to outreach the work of UNHCR through strategically championing the refugee cause ensure highest standards of accuracy and editorial content in all external outputs, clearance of news outputs and advocating constantly for highest communications standards
