• Making seasonal plans of all line of Items.
• Preparation of budgets of all line of Items on yearly/ Quarterly/ Monthly basis.
• Preparation of stock movement at line item / category/ item level at retail and cost.

• Looking after monthly gross margin (actual & forecaster).
• Handling product costing.
• Looking after all discounts, reduction proposals and execution in the system.

Internal Audit (AFSANEH):
• Preparing of Internal Audit Manual and Establishing Internal Controls for different Functions of Department.
• Evaluate the adequacy of internal controls Systems and recommend improvements.
• Conducting Pre-Audit of various operations of Department i.e. Payable, Receivables, Purchase Order, Payroll System Etc.
• Monitoring Reconciliations on weekly Basis for Payments to Vendors.
• Planning Stock Take of Shops & warehouse fortnightly.
• Investigating reported occurrences of fraud, embezzlement, theft, waste, etc.
• Comparing actual costs and profits with approved budgets and standards, and investigate the reasons of difference.
• Advice management on the resourcing requirements for the Internal Audit functions, including any potential outsourcing arrangements.
• Monitor audit reports in line with the approved audit plan.
Stock Exchange Dept:
• Generate investment guidelines specific to risk tolerances and goals.
• Preparation of the management reports for the purpose of Portfolio management and analysis for decision making relevant to equity investments.
• Dealing with broker for Equity Investment
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual accounts of the Department.
• To conduct variance analysis of monthly and annual financial statements of the company and inquiring regarding any significant deviations from the historical and budgeted patterns.
• Monitoring of bank reconciliation of Dept.
• Monitoring Payroll management system of Dept.
• Checking and monitoring of day to day transactions incorporated in general ledger, payable, receivable and fixed assets.
• Liaison and co-ordination external auditors of the Dept;
• To endure financial statements preparation, presentation and disclosures’ compliance with IFRS;
• To negotiate with the banks for approval/renewal of finances for the company at competing rates.
• To ensure that Drawing power position and bank position reports are prepared regularly
