Coordinate and assist monitoring and evaluation data collection activities, including logistics of form distribution and collection, as well as orientation and training of data collectors. 
Coordinate and assist data processing, including data transfer, entry, verification and cleaning
Coordinate internal communication on M&E progress and results

Supervise and coordinate application of monitoring tools to track program performance in line with the Theory of Change and the M&E Plan 
Offer technical support to field staff in the implementation of their monitoring responsibilities to ensure correct and timely collection of monitoring data. 
Manage and conduct qualitative monitoring among program beneficiaries and other stakeholders, such as surveys, focus group discussions, interviews and case studies

Maintaining an opportunity tracking matrix and central repository for program development.

Contribute to the development of Logical framework, monitoring evaluation and reporting system 
Support in designing, planning and implementation of baseline surveys, needs assessments studies and end line surveys
Set up and maintain  knowledge management system of the project that includes key project reporting and learning documents, M&E tools, tracking and reporting forms, monitoring reports, proposals, donor requirements and reports, evaluations and other program information.
Contribution in setting up of effective Complaint Response Mechanism, registering, analyzing and prioritizing and investigation of complaints.
Dissimination of IEC materials in the project implementation area. 
Ensure regular submission of program performance reports based on their Performance management 
Regular coordination with the field staff regarding the development and progress in the project activities 
Conducting FGD and interview for baseline survey
Undertake regular field visits to the target areas to monitor field staff activities.
Verification of registered beneficiaries in order check the selection criteria

• To supervise regular data collection through implementing partners and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations
• To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way
• To analyse and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data
• Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the relevant Project Manager and Partners.
• Ensure that implementation of field activities adheres to WaterAid’s monitoring and evaluation system
• Support partners in conducting baseline surveys and KAP surveys
• Participate actively in programme planning process and budgeting of the programme quality and fundraising unit
• Support PQ&F team in developing the annual and six monthly organisational reports.
• Support PQ&F team in dealing with any other tasks as may be required
