RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor statutory compliance by carrying out regular HSE inspections and auditing site staff\'s works at site
Identify the health and safety issues at the assigned project corridor and to persuade the contractor on the resolution of identified health and safety issues within the provided timeline
Validate that whether or not the contractor\'s is providing health and safety trainings to the workers as per the agreed schedule
Issue site instructions and impose fines on the contractor in case of regular and overdue non-compliance
Regular follow-up on the issued site instructions in order to see the status of compliance
Attend progress meetings with Client and Contractor and ensure that all HSE related Matters are discussed and monitored accordingly
Undertake the lead role in all accident investigations and ensure that a written Investigation report is prepared for all reportable accidents and circulated to all Concerns
