Construction and Commissioning Experience:
• Development of installation procedures, quality inspection plans, checklists, testing procedures and other relevant documents before commencement of project works.
• Inspecting the ongoing SITE works as per Project Schedule & agreed quality protocols.
• Review of design documents for 33KV/132KV underground/Overhead transmission system and supervision of erection and line energization works.
• Monitoring and managing other team members/resources to ensure effective execution of Building Electrical Works, WTGs and Substation Installation works.

Key Performance Indicators:
● Reduced yearly losses from 5.0 to 2.7 GWh (52.8 MW SWPCL plant) during OY3 by implementation of preventative maintenance & ‘Condition Monitoring Systems’, resulting in savings of approximately $300,000.
● Worked in a team which identified the issue of wrong transfer function applied for anemometers recorded wind in turbine controller, implying incorrect performance ratios of turbines. Challenged supplier (GE) and negotiated consequences of their mistake. Developed a new transfer function and proposed it to GE.
● Identified power curve understatement of GE 1.5x turbine and confronted GE. As compensation GE increased turbine rating from 1.5 MW to 1.68 MW (12% increase), increasing annual energy yields by around 10 GWhs ($ 1.7 million).
● Developed in-house E-tap model and curtailment simulator to identify bottlenecks and weak links in NTDC (220 KV) as well as HESCO (132 KV) grid systems (directly/indirectly affecting WPPs). Recommended HESCO and NTDC on national forums for elimination of these weak links, averting GOP around $9.7 million loss annually in Non-project events lieu and around $5 million loss to WPPs annually.
● Worked in a team which developed indigenous turbine blade washing solution (under testing phase), and successful implementation will result in approximately 6 GWh gains in annual production ($0.75 million gain in revenues)
