Monitored the two projects mentioned above.
·        In both projects, I monitored the implementation of project activities according to the work plan/log frame, ensuring compliance with donor and organization policies and requirements
·        Developed and/or customized existing monitoring tools, templates, and guidelines for monitoring and evaluation of project(s) according to organization and donors’ policies and standards
·        Development of strengthened liaison between field offices, and M&E head office to ensuring the smooth flow of accurate data and information aligned with submitted activity reports
·        Did regular field monitoring visits, identified gaps using spot checks and prepared high standard monitoring reports that showcased the actual status of projects’ progress along with suggestions and future strategies
·        Generated activity tracking sheets against each activity after regular compilation and verification of reports and MOVs received from fields at country office
·        In collaboration with project and field teams conducted participatory project monitoring and activities to identify gaps, proposed solutions, and provided feedback to the relevant stakeholders
·        Close coordination with Finance team and line Manager, and regular financial monitoring to ensure the effective utilization of financial resources as per the allocated budget against project activities. Also, reviewed financial reports to be submitted to Donor bi-annually.

·        Conducted data quality assessments and supported relevant teams in improving data management

• Undertook quantitative research and gap analysis, particularly with reference to Pakistan on Public Health issues e.g., family planning, child immunization, and health insurance program.
• Provided technical assistance to the Health Ministry of Pakistan, by conducting data analysis on the Ministry’s database available for several public health indicators
• Prepared national policy brief for the Health Ministry of Pakistan
• Conducted capacity-building trainings and workshops for the service providers on data analytics and evidence-based policymaking
• Designed proposals of evaluations (Baseline, midline, and Endline) for public health-related programs across the country
• Developed and maintained close research collaboration with academics, and researchers in various universities and research institutions to bridge the gap between academia and the healthcare industry

Implemented 02 Projects Simultaneously.
Project Title: “Strengthening Support Mechanisms to End Violence Against Women and Girls” in two districts, Multan and Muzaffargarh, Province of Punjab
The project successfully achieved reaching out and facilitated 15,000 women and girls with and without disabilities and indirect beneficiaries included approximately 145,000
Project Title: “Inclusive Emergency Response to COVID-19 Effected Communities”
The project successfully facilitated 30,000 beneficiaries in two districts (Multan and Muzaffargarh). The project distributed cash grants, ration bags, and hygiene kits worth 0.03 million dollars among beneficiaries.
