Currently working as Assistant Manager at Amal Academy over 1.5 years. My duties include different roles from hiring(scrutinizing the applications, making trello cards, phone interviews), arranging the logistics, following up the students, motivating and assisting them to complete the Project work and facilitating in the in-person sessions. I'm also the part of the marketing team and taking part in outreach programs for conducting info sessions in different universities and updating the social media.
