Responsibilities:

Preparing Infrastructure designs, BOQs, and detailed 2D and 3D drawings in line with ACI and Pakistan Building codes.
Preparing cost estimates, bid documents, specifications, and tender documents in line with the Pakistan Engineer council, KPPRA rules, and MRS schedule.
Review of designs, BOQs, and drawings submitted by district implementation units.
Supervising & monitoring ongoing work and conducting the necessary tests for quality assurance in close coordination with line departments.
Preparing packages by combining BOQs of several schemes based on their location and quantum of work.
Developing package-wise technical specifications and Purchase Requisitions (PR)
Assessment of the infrastructure schemes in close coordination with all stakeholders.
Preparing and signing the Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) as per verified work done for further processing.
Providing support to the Procurement Unit in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents.
Preparing bid evaluation sheets for technical and financial evaluation.
Providing support to the Procurement Unit and finance for securitization and due diligence of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
Periodically monitoring the activity. To check deviations or amendments in plans or physical implementation and to improve the quality of work.
Preparing monthly physical and financial reports.
Resolving disputes amongst the community and contractors.
Reviewing and signing the Final completion report before final payment to the contractor.

Responsibilities:
· Planned & implemented WASH/CPI activities as per business process/project documents & engineering standards.
· Lead & Carried out the technical feasibility/assessment (site selection) to ensure sustainability & cost-effectiveness as well as the agreed time frame of the project.
· Prepared drawings, specifications, BoQs of infrastructure schemes as per the humanitarian & engineering standards(sphere, humanitarian core standards, ACI & other engineering codes).
· Built capacity of communities & subordinates on technical grounds.
· Performed Analysis of construction material e.g. elemental composition, dimensions & quality, etc. according to drawing & specification.
· Conducted a market survey for proposed materials availability, unit rates of material/labor, and provide realistic estimates of the proposed activities for CPI schemes.

· Analyzed and prepared plans for material requisitions & ensured quality & quantity assurance on construction sites.

· Monitored and provided support for developing an understanding of skilled laborers, community activists, or beneficiary households regarding design, inclusiveness, DRR, and protection measures.

· Maintained the completion certificates & other documents for each CPI scheme, signed by beneficiaries, committee representatives, and technical team.
· Maintained record (hard & soft) that includes but is not limited to Cost estimates, BoQs, drawings, construction plans, Measurement book, daily field visit reports, material requisition, pictorial progress & other documentation.
· Performed quality & quantity assurance checks by paying regular field visits to construction sites to work the work is performed in compliance with the plans and specifications.
· Coordinated with line manager for effective implementation of project activities.

IMC Worldwide Ltd, a UK-based consultancy firm working on the world\'s largest educational infrastructure development program under the brand name HUMQADAM cosponsored by UK DFID (Department for International Development) and Australian Aid to develop educational infrastructure in far reach areas of Punjab & Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces of Pakistan. Project: School Construction & Rehabilitation Program - SCRP HUMQADAM
Responsibilities: -
-Supervised concrete pourings, managed multiple contractors & construction sites, recorded observations via MIS.
-Processed interim payments based on milestones & sub-milestones.
-Conducted site inspections to check quality & work progress ensuring construction is carried out as per the program standards.
-Closely coordinated among contractors to provide technical support on all key elements of the project ensuring its implementation as per the approved drawings and technical specifications.

Project: Provision of integrated Shelters & WASH support to vulnerable TDPs & returnee families in KPK & FATA. Funded by OFDA - USAID
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Lead & managed technical team on construction supervision.
-Oversee all technical interventions of the project.
-Closely monitored construction activities in the presence of CO\'s at the community level.
-Dealt with community & other stakeholders to resolve problems & ensure completion of scheduled targets within the stipulated time.
-Provided support to community activists, beneficiary H.H in developing understanding regarding design, DRR & protection measures.
-Developed strategy & conducted technical training sessions on construction & maintenance to the community.

-Inspected construction activities of multiple sites from foundation to finishes ensuring its accordance with technical specifications & drawings.
-Prepared detailed monitoring reports followed by regular field visits.
-Carried out technical site assessments/feasibility of sites, missing facilities in WASH sector & developed BOQs, construction plans & drawings.
-Closely coordinated with line deptt./contractors on technical issues, rectification follow-ups & progress implementation.
