To perform physio and analytical tests of semifinished & finished products to keep product within PepsiCo. Standards i.e. Brix, Control drink, OBJECTIVE WORK EXPERIEN CE Titratable acidity, PH, CO2 gas volume, TOA, Net content and, Crimpage/Torque Test.
Record keeping of daily Process Related documents.
Frequent cross checking of water treatment quality tests (Alkalinity, Hardness, TDS, and pH)
Microbiological Sampling, Testing & Corrective actions against non-conformities.
