Responsibilities includeEnsuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer services.Supervised cash and all teller transactions, including issuance of pay orders, CDR, funds Transfers, RTGS, and Fcy Remittances, etc. Locker Handling. ATM captured cards & Cheque Books handling. Keeping proper record and handling of blocked & deceased accounts. To keep a proper record of safe keeping items and also maintain Record of Temporary Movement of Safe Keeping items. Ensure optimum housekeeping. Ensure proper staff management as per set standards. Maintain service standards and reduce queues. Timely submission of periodic reports to SBP, Head Office, and other departments. Security and safety of the bank premises, bank assets, staff, and customers and ensure timely reaction in case of any emergency/ contingency and maintenance record of CCTV, Branch Opening / Closing and Late Office Hours registers.Surprise visit to branch during long gazette holidays Conducting Fire Drill in the branch as per prescribed time frame. Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reviews of system generated reports Daily review of complaints being lodged through Banks Complaint MonitoringSystem and take appropriate steps to resolve / close within the turnaround time. Custodian of all Files / Registers / Circular and other record pertaining to department. Custodian of Strong Room, Cash Safe-in, ATM, and Locker Room Keys. Maintaining of zakat declaration recordMarking of stop payment of cheques & Record keeping. Ensure that no adverse comments received in Internal Audit, Compliance review, and SBP Inspection. Any other duties assigned by the bank.Reporting of branch services area manager.

Key Responsibilities:Managing service delivery - observation of queue time and length / taking action as needed to capacitive serving counters and /or managing customer traffic.Resolving investigations and inquiries initiated by customers.Liaise with sales and service staff to ensure that adequate support is provided in facilitating branch\'s service delivery standards.Review of systems and controls on a regular basis, identifying bottlenecks and control weaknesses with a view to achieving improvements in coordination with IT and OperationsEnsuring that branch activities are carried out strictly in accordance with the laid down HMB SOP, S/ Circulars’ and SBP guidelines.Exercising effective dual control over cash along with daily monitoring of cash holding levels to attain optimum holding levels.Custodian of all relevant Keys (strong room, cash vault) and custodian of checkbooks, security stationary/AOF, SS cards and Legal booklets.Maintenance of all registers.Maintenance of cash over counters and vault within assigned limits.Timely disposal of excess cash with all required safety measures or approval of excess cash taken by HO Monitoring and processing of all activities pertaining to ATM operations and ensuring that ATM cash is balanced.Interviewing of the customer regarding KYC and checking of KYC related documentsIn coordination with CD Incharge/Operation Manager, identify any breaches of regulatory requirements or ethical standards, where there is a potential risk to the reputation of the BankEnsure compliance with relevant SOPs at all timesEnsure the process of suspicious transaction reporting is followed in line with SOPsEnsure internal/external controls at Branch levelTimely rectification of audit observations and plans thereof to avoid repetition of the same.
