At Chenab Limited I perform my duties as PPC Officer and as a merchandiser for three years.
Nature of job in Chenab Limited
Direct communication and keep the customer update on all their enquiries, sampling, new product development and running POacircs.
Coordinate with production team for effective communication of customersacirc needs and wants so that they can produce products according to customersacirc quality parameters.
Develop customer feedback mechanism to enhance our understanding of customeracircs needs.
Now I am working as officer sales USA division at Al- Rehmat Textile (Pvt) Ltd from last one and half year.
I am working as merchandiser and providing proactive services with the dissemination of precise, high quality information.
Customer enquiry handling in co-ordination with Product development, Lab and production department.
Correspondence with customer and produce costing and deliver to SM and further act according to his advise.
Sampling amp new product development, evalution of routine samples prior to dispatch.
Coordinate with PD, and production depacirct at the preproduction, full scale production and pre-shipment sampling stages.
Ensuring close and persistent coordination with PPC amp production staff for smooth order processing, Production follow-up and shipment.
Delivering the inspection criteria and packing instruction to folding/packing and finishing depacirct.
Delivering the shipment documents guidelines to logistics depacirct and forward shipments documents including shipment intimation, shipment advise amp all others mentioned in acircLogistics Checklistacirc.
After shipment make sure to provide information regarding ETD, ETA to the customer and seeking the feed back.
After sales service like complains handling and dispute resolution if something goes wrong. The objective is to keep customer satisfied and loyal to company.
