Data Analysis
• Oversee creation of process and methods to gather supply chain data.
• Analyze overall data, run reports and summarize actionable information to improve problematic areas.
• Develop analytical, system and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports.
Inventory management
• Manage and define inventory levels at warehouse and retail outlets to ensure customer orders fulfillment.
• Monitor available inventory in order to ensure that customers have access to the material they need
• Analyze inventory and prepare inventory aging reports including inventory numbers of days as per sub- category.
Sales Reports
• Analyze sales, inventory and production trends to identify and implements actions that will increase orders fill-rates, reduce on-hand inventory level, and reduce wasted product or labor.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales analysis reports.
• Targets customers based segmentation location wise.

• Responsible for items master and vendor master related to all imported finished goods.
• Demand Calculation and based on product inputs finalize demand forecast.
• Create MRP scenarios and execute as per defined planning horizon defined.
• Balancing of demand (forecast) and supply, identify gaps.
• Issuance of Purchase Requisition through MRP modules.
• Plan supply (distribution) in coordination with the warehouses capacity and execute
• Support sales & warehouse team to supply plans and arrival dates.
• Communication with commercial for in transit stock.
• Plan ex-bond requirements and execute.
• Maintain updated record of custom bonded warehouse.
• Design reports and present to management on weekly, month, and yearly basis.

• Conduct stock audit at stores and warehouses.
• Compiling inventory reports.
• Using scanning terminals, and professional fixed asset tracking software.
• Preparing and maintaining records of all inventories in soft copy & Hard copy.
• Investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies.
• Working with store team and other members of the warehouse, as necessary.

• Product pricing, item creation, purchase invoice, purchase return, and stock report.
• Take inventory and analyze all documentation such as invoices, bills and other supply documents.
• Monitor stock levels.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Maintain office supplies for department.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Setting up new users\' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
