Job Responsibilities
Responsible for planning & leading the daily electrical activities of a team that is carrying out electrical maintenances, installations & modification
Organizing work schedules and maintaining workers time sheets
Shut down of power plant for maintenance & Closing of punch-list, WDR & NCR
Co-ordination with QC, commissioning and start up groups for energization of equipment.
Installation of LV Switch-gears, MCC, UPS, Duct banks, Conduit, Transformers, Cable Trays & Lightening Protection System.
Cable pulling, Termination of Transformer, Switch-gear, MCC, UPS, PLC, DCS, Fire Alarm Control Panel, HVAC System, Lighting Panels, hoist & Elevators.
Control & Instrument cable termination of process instruments like Flow, pressure, Level, temperature, control valves, Thermocouple, analyzers & solenoid.
Worked and co-ordinate with Commissioning, Operation, Start-up, inspection & punch-list team for re-work & modifications as per FCN & DCN.
Worked in Air Compressor, HRSG, STG, Air Cooling Condensers & Water Treatment Plant.

Job Responsibilities
Designed & making of Control Panels like ATS, AMF, YD Starters, phase sequence correction control Panels
Testing & trouble shooting of control Panels
Installation, Automation , testing on load & trouble-shooting of diesel power Generators up to 1200KVA (Perkins, Cummins, Marapco, Olympia ,FG-Wilson)
Monthly Preventive Maintenance & inspection of generators & Air-conditioners
Collecting daily field reports from service technicians & Generator Operators
Responsible for training all junior technicians in various aspects of corrective/preventative maintenance, troubleshooting techniques.
Standby for 24 hours attending break down emergency of electrical or generators call at any location inside the city.

Complete Electrical works of Marriott Hotel Islamabad including wiring, cable trays, LV DB, Lighting Panels & HVAC.
Installation of pole mounted Transformers, Electrical Poles, over-head 11KV cables, Diesel Generators, PLC system & Wiring of Shed at SB Poultry, Sheikhupura.
Electrical Maintenance work at Telenor green field, Nestle Islamabad, ISE & other small projects.
