 End to end payroll processing of 2000 plus employees. Payroll reconciliation, tax adjustment, head count verification.
 Processing transactions related to employees’ compensation (salary deductions/ recoveries/ final settlements/ gratuity), including Employee Social Security (EOBI and PESSI payments) in accordance with the law.
 Manage recruitment processes including drafting of job descriptions, vacancy announcement, screening of candidates, organization and participation in the interview panels.
 Ensure onboarding of new staff within the prescribed staffing timelines.
 Manage the HR forecasting needs and maintaining HR budgets for
different departments.
 Processing employee loan applications in compliance with the Company’s loan policy.
 Managing employee health insurance claims and processing reimbursements
according to the insurance policy.
 Processing employees’ OCS claims in accordance with the Company’s OCS Policy.
 Ensure compliance of the mandatory training.
 Ensure full compliance of HR activities with Airblue’s HR Policies and Procedural
Manual.
