End to end payroll processing of 2000 plus employees. Payroll reconciliation, tax adjustment, head count verification.
Processing transactions related to employees’ compensation (salary deductions/ recoveries/ final settlements/ gratuity), including Employee Social Security (EOBI and PESSI payments) in accordance with the law.
Manage recruitment processes including drafting of job descriptions, vacancy announcement, screening of candidates, organization and participation in the interview panels.
Ensure onboarding of new staff within the prescribed staffing timelines.
Manage the HR forecasting needs and maintaining HR budgets for
different departments.
Processing employee loan applications in compliance with the Company’s loan policy.
Managing employee health insurance claims and processing reimbursements
according to the insurance policy.
Processing employees’ OCS claims in accordance with the Company’s OCS Policy.
Ensure compliance of the mandatory training.
Ensure full compliance of HR activities with Airblue’s HR Policies and Procedural
Manual.
