I studied Business administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management at Kinnaird College Lahore during the course of my postgraduate degree. I have taken a keen interest in the dynamics of Management, HR, and Marketing in the contemporary market. I have developed an understanding that isolated skills and knowledge base are not as useful as they used to be in this age of fast-paced technological advancement. Not a day goes by that cutting-edge technological innovation lays off hundreds of thousands of skilled workers, hence calling for a fresh review of HR doctrine and Marketing strategies. If I were to be in a position of carving out HR policies in five years from now, I would align them with technological advances and encourage interdisciplinary synergies of knowledge, skills and best practices to bring about productivity and efficiency in as many ways as possible.
I have a degree and proficiency in Mass communication as well, besides Business administration which enables me to withstand the tough ask of effective communication in the contemporary job market. My graduation in Mass Communication empowers me to be more useful and productive for my organization. If I am hired, the organization can rely on me for a role expanding beyond my regular job description.
