Personally led and executed COVID-19 preventive measures across the whole factory, it included; segregation of all the departments and their workplaces with respect to 2M rule, conversion of warehouses and idle building into employee canteens which respects COVID-19 protocols. Eliminate and provide alternative for most frequent touch points such as; doors handles, taps, railings etc. and provided SMART alternatives such as Auto doors and sensor based taps.

Leading the verification of factory overall assets including capitalization of assets, transferring of assets (inside/outside) & deletion of assets, based on assets verification reports. This provided assistance in clearing NIMs and NIA audit points.
