1. Directly manages a team of Digital sales executives, who are responsible for running e-commerce stores on Amazon & eBay all over the globe.2. Acts as the daily liaison between the eCommerce team and leadership to ensure operational excellence and consistency.3. Oversees creation of analytics regarding operational performance of Digital sales & compliance department and develops necessary feedback mechanisms.4.Support operational strategy and innovation to drive business goals for revenue, operational performance, and profitability5. Responsible for achieving profitable sales growth in alignment with annual sales plan goals/objectives.6. Develop and deliver strategies to drive sales to goal for marketplace 3P channel, along with identified new business initiatives.7. Plan and execute marketing and promotional calendar and budget.8.
