Key Achievements:
1. Increased the company\'s business by upto Rs. 11 lac / month by developing two major sheet metal parts of Al-haj FAW and brought them into production.
2. Manageded Development of Fixtures of Sheet Metal parts for PSMCL and did FaroArm CAD to Part Inspection to ensure Quality.
3. Plant Standardization Project in accordance with Pak Suzuki Motors Company Ltd standards.
4. Designed and developed Shaft Grinding Machine for Agriauto Industries Ltd with a team of 5 members.
5. Implementation of Integrated Management System (In Progress).
a. Re-established and enhanced the collapsed system of Production Reporting and Work In Process (WIP) reporting and made it sustainable.
b. Re-established and enhanced system for FIFO.
c. Made System of 5S and Implementation is in progress.
d. Made and Implemented System for KAIZEN.
e. Made System for Incident Reporting & Rectification.
f. Identified training requirements and developed a Training Calendar for 2020.

• Official representative of Flowserve’s Pumps, Saint-Gobain PAM’s DI Pipes and Braithwaite’s Steel Tank Structures.
• Meeting with high profile clients and customers of leading Power Plants, Oil and Gas, Fertilizer, and Chemical industries etc. and giving them product demonstrations, delivering technical presentations, and providing technical support.
• I assess and give initial consultancy to the customers for their fluid transfer requirements before forwarding them to the Principal.

• Posted in Ship Building Department and General Engineering Department. Supervised the activities in the Light Steel Fabrication Shop and understood operations going on in Machine Outfit Shop and Pressure Vessels Shop.
• Understood the following: Casting, forming, welding, Installation/ Commissioning, NDT and DT, dry docking, caisson gates, pumps, compressors, floating docks, grinding, cutting, bending, ship steering mechanism, chillers and generators.
