Supervise and manage vendor engineering & equipment to ensure compliance with plant standard.
Resource & man power planning of maintenance team for routine maintenance and plant shutdown activities.
Plan condition monitoring and predictive maintenance of critical plant equipment.Coordination with production, procurement & quality department on day to day basis to ensure smooth plant production & ISO audit.
Conduct safety HSE audit within the electrical department and ensuring compliance of company safety policy.
Responsible for Electrical & Electronic equipment repairing, Troubleshooting & assign work to the technical officer during shift.
Investigate breakdown on unnecessary equipment repair during shift, Make sure ethical business practice and compliance of HSE, ISO standard will not interrupt.    Coordinated the preparation and implementation of executions plans in various plant locations.
Provided guidance, training, and development of the field electrical and instrumentation personnel. Fully trained 10+ team members.
Maintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing preventive and on-going maintenance, and testing programs; scheduling repairs; coordinating shut-downs and installations.
Involvement in utility power generation side as well (Ideal machine running load & selection of Generators).

Key achievement: Redesigned machine arrangements for improved plant efficiency. Increased production efficiency; Power saving techniques and reducing the breakdown.

  

Electrical component quality check and its testing on E-lab.
Manage manpower and distribute to different position on project site. Visit project site with electrical team on daily basis and implementation of plans.
Prepared weekly working program as per the contractor requirement. Coordination with equipment manufacturer & vendors for outsourcing work. 

 
Key achievement: Electrical power saving for advancement of client equipment. Housing & security power saving plan executed.

Analyze data using statistical software like SAS EG. Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.  
Prepare reports and present results to clients and management. Providing technical assistant to costumers and consumers.
Giving feedback to managers on the efficiency of the customer service processes and system. Issuing refunds or compensation to customers. Giving product; pricing and delivery information to customers.
