Smartrix Technologies has a sister company named Gemstelecom which is a registered ISP provider based in Canada working with well known ISP’s like Bell Canada, Videotron, Cogeco & Rogers. Gemstelecom is operating mainly in Quebec and Ontario region. My job responsibilities as a CSR included providing Technical and Billing Support to the existing customers regarding any issue related to our services. Part of my assigned tasks was also to post payments on the clients’ files which were received through Internet Banking and occasionally process payments through Credit Cards.
