▪ Monitoring the Preventive & Predictive maintenance program and ensure timely resolution of all identified issues.
▪ Development and execution of the capital projects for reliability & improvement.
▪ Assisting in resolution planning for long-term electrical asset concerns.
▪ Assisting in Corrective-maintenance, Preventive-maintenance and Project cost estimation.
▪ Assisting in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process for major failures.
▪ Installation of electrical equipment such as low & medium voltage switchgear, capacitor banks, transformers, motors, VFDs, Fire Alarm System, Telephone System, CCTV Cameras and distribution systems.
▪ Communicating with the teams before starting & after finishing the maintenance job.
▪ Implementation of regulatory and industrial standards and codes, particularly NFPA 70-E
▪ Understanding of control and instrumentation systems in an industrial environment.
▪ Knowledge of reliability methodologies and strategies such as Spare Parts Management, Planning & Scheduling.

▪ Monitoring & Control of resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for substation related works prior to execution.
▪ Attending meetings to negotiate with the client & subcontractors to finalize issues related to the contract requests.
▪ Monitoring the progress and review of work and advising on adverse effects power installations.
▪ Attending weekly progress meeting concerning progress, procurement, engineering, construction, QA/QC, safety and other related areas of concerns.
▪ Coordinating with vendors and contractors to resolve quality and construction issues.
▪ Review project drawings and apply standers and specifications.
▪ Supervising Installation of 115 KV power transformers, GIS, cables and associated instrumentation for various projects.
▪ Review and approve the Electrical Material and Equipment’s according to specification.
▪ Supervising Erection & commissioning of MV & LV switchgear.
▪ Supervising the installation, operation and maintain of Electrical wiring system and Equipment.
▪ Supervising Testing & Commissioning of GIS and 115/13.8 KV Power Transformers.
▪ Supervised the installation of Fire Alarm System.
▪ Inspection and Testing the Electrical Equipment\'s.
▪ Supervise the Installation and Testing & Commissioning of Electrical work.
▪ Review of AC/DC schematics as per SEC standards.
▪ Follow-up implementation of project quality and safety plan.

▪ Preparing and implementing the QC Plan.
▪ Preparing daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material & Non conformances.
▪ Ensure equipment and materials shall be from approved manufacturer of the client.
▪ Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings.
▪ Preparing RMI’s & RFI’s in order to follow up with client & consultant that the activity & material are in compliance with quality procedure & standards.
▪ Follow up for any RFI’s.
▪ Preparing ITP for the Project.
▪ Maintain all approved drawings and technical submittals at the site.
▪ Preparing purchase requests, installation cost and BOQ’s.
▪ Responsible for cable size calculation, cable scheduling, and its route.
▪ Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
▪ Site inspection of the site work and ensure that the work is as it is in the final approved drawings.
▪ Coordination with the safety engineer before starting and throughout all the electrical installation.

• Performing all daily inspection and test.
• Making daily, weekly and monthly production report.
• Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
• Taking care of QA/QC documents there.
• Maintain the quality of the product and electrical equipment used in injection molding machines.
