▪  Capacity building of SMEs/businesses on data collection tools, data entry interfaces, data entry process, maintaining and sharing supporting documents. ▪ Assist the M&E team in developing monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated data sheets and reports. ▪ Assist in database development, data entry, data cleaning, verification, data analysis, and development of worksheets, tables, and table format, charts, and graphs. ▪ Assist in M&E data collection, processing, analysis, and extraction of statistical data on various M&E-related studies and assignments.▪ Document methodologies and procedures used in the compilation and analysis of data as well as data sources and limitations of estimates and guidelines for their use. ▪ Identify relationships and trends in data as well as any factors that could affect the results against key performance indicators in future. ▪ Maintain a positive and continuous liaison with the partner SMEs/businesses. ▪ Assist in finalizing arrangements related to meetings, trainings, workshops etc. which are planned to be conducted by the program teams. ▪ Assist in conducting site verification visits ▪ Accompany program teams in their visits to partner/potential SMEs and build strong contacts with them. ▪ Follow-up with beneficiary SMEs on timely submission of the deliverables against the agreed milestones. ▪ Assist in conducting pre and post-training evaluations and Spot Evaluations. ▪ Provide other related support as required by work
