My job duties are as follows...
Provide accurate and timely resolution to the customers based on the shared knowledge and available tools.
Involved in both voice/no voice operations.
Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) that support operational performance.
Manage to completion any task assigned by management.
Follow the Quality Assurance norms and guidelines and deliver as per the set expectations.
Responsible for following information security tasks as part of the work scope.
Assist the customers in activating & deactivating the account/cards .
Locating & verifying the transactions using different tools.
Dispute filing.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience by having good command on the product .
• Working as Technical & Customer support Rep (agent for level 1,2,3 &4) for a world’s leading electronic payment processor company.
• Assist the Merchants ,Agents and Iso’s (US based)using online apps (CRM,RDC and IBO)
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the correct method and tools.
• Assist the customers in accordance with the knowledgebase(KB) of all company products, services and promotions
• Assist the customers in locating ,verifying or refunding the transactions using different tools.
• Provide tech support & troubleshooting for POS (webpos ,terminals and integrated systems)
• Generate and send reports & invoices to customers using IBO
Correspondence with existing and future buyers.
Sending samples to potential buyers.
Assisting GM to negotiate the price with buyers.
Managing the shipment schedule.
