·         Serves as a System Analyst
1.      Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
2.      Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
3.      Risk mitigation planning
4.      Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
5.      Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
 
·         Serves the product owner by:
1.       Making sure everyone on the team understands the project’s goals and scope.
2.       Helping the product owner maintain the product backlog.
3.       Facilitating Scrum events (daily standups, other meetings) as needed.
 
·         Serves the development team by:
1.       Coaching the development team in self-organization.
2.       Helping to remove obstacles to the developers’ progress.
3.       Facilitating Scrum events (daily standups, other meetings) as needed.
 
·         Serves the entire organization by:
1.       Encouraging the organization to adopt the Scrum methodology in their workflow.
2.       Coaching the organization on the transition to a scrum working framework.
Keeping the organization, particularly the project’s stakeholders, up to date on the progress of the scrum team’s projects.

·         Conduct Daily Scrum and update the Project Status Document.
·         Retrospective Meeting at the end of iteration and list down the lesson learns for future.
·         Identify and Re-Engineer the Project Business Case before the Project Development.
·         Create & Modify the Project User Stories.
·         Finalize the Acceptance Criteria.
·         Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
·         Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
·         Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
·         Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
