Responsibilities:-
 Provide direction, instructions and guidance to Logistics and Admin team for the purpose of achieving targets and deadlines.
 Monitor imports and Manage logistical operations.
 Keep follow up foreign vendors to have orders shipped in timely manner and maintain a good working relationship with vendors.
 Work with freight forwarders and shipping lines for negotiations.
 Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
 Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
 Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
 Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
 Customs documentation and dealing with all major government organizations for this purpose.
 Dealing with banks for LC and other import remittances
 Arrange timely delivery to the clients/customers and maintaining a very good and healthy image.
 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
 Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
 Providing reports to the management for short term and long term basis.
 Cooperating with other departments and staff to maintain friendly atmosphere in the organization.

 Receive requisition and issuing Purchase Orders (Foreign/Local). Opening and negotiating with Banks for LCs.
 Following up and negotiating with suppliers for timely receipts of merchandise.
 Monitoring Warehouse / Inventory and issuing supplies to Production line.
 Dealing with Production and QC for timely availability of Finished product, so the delivery to be affected in time.
 Arranging deliveries and shipments to customers to customers locally and around the world.
 Negotiating with shipping lines and freight companies for booking Sea, Land & Air Freights.
 Heading a team of individuals from Procurement, Stores and Logistics; which are directly reporting.
 Managing all inbound & outbound stock movements. (Import & export shipment).
 Handling & supervising company fleet of commercial vehicles.
 ERP management – making sure all entries are done into system for every inbound and outbound movements.
 Stock management – supervising store and warehouse staff to maintain stocks in proper, clean and safe method.
 Maintaining nice & healthy relationship with customers.
