1-Manage the team of trainers, with a focus on ensuring that staff have the skills, materials, and supportive working environment they need to implement Training project according to Kashf & UNDP program quality principles
2- Guide, review and implementation of criteria for beneficiary identification and selection
3-Analyse M&E data, field visit findings and other feedback. Based on this learning, modify programming as necessary in order to meet project targets and objectives. Hold regular critical reflection events to analyze and improve program performance. Document promising practices and lessons learned.
4- Ensure the participation and involvement of the beneficiary community in program implementation so that programming occurs in a consultative, participative and gender-sensitive way
