Assist supervisor in the implementation of program activities at the field level
Assist supervisor in the development of documentation for the project activities
Facilitate in the arrangements of Training, workshops, seminars, meetings, and other events related to project
Draft letters, reports, and documentation and take meeting minutes
Provide support to supervisor by providing timely data for quality reports
Keep proper record of project files and other official documents
Coordinate with the department for organization meeting logistics arrangements of key local and international visitors and staff members
Assist in the preparation of program-related work plans, budgets & reports organize data and other relevant information in a timely manner for preparing monthly, bi-annual and annual reports
Timely obtain and forward the invoice of contracts and consultants to the relevant department for timely processing, ensuring complaints about requirements
Carry out other program-related tasks assigned by the supervisor  

Prepare weekly/monthly field plans and share them with MnRO.
Monitor total activities regarding NIDs & SNIDs campaigns Intra to post-campaign (Training, field validations, Desk Review etc).
Attend all evening meetings during Pre-& Intra campaign (TPEC, DPEC, and Readiness ULEM & DLEM) and share findings.
Visit each target UC/Area and collect data from the field during field monitoring.
Share data and reports with MnRO as per standard format and according to the agreed timeline.
Report critical issues from the field on daily basis as well as debrief the respective COMNet supervisor on these issues.
Compile monthly narrative reports and send them to MnRO.
Attend monthly review meetings and present findings and answer questions.
Write case studies/success stories (1 per month.)

Establish monitoring and evaluation system using M&E tool kit.
Lead the development and implementation of project’s M.E plan.
Design the monitoring and evaluation tools and forms.
Develop data collection procedures; Lead the development of the evaluation design, tools, protocols and procedures.
Oversee monitoring and evaluation data processing, including data transfer, entry and verification and cleaning.
Ensure forms are filed according to compliance protocols.
Train data collection and other M&E progress and results.
Oversee internal communication on M&E progress and results.
Conduct data quality assurance checks.
Oversee M&E data base setup and management.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Generate data reports in compliance with procedures and agreements in the award.
Lead preparation of evaluation reports.
Ensure effective communication between M.E team, project staff, partner teams, and home office.
Prepare communications for stakeholders based on M.E data.
Mentor and build the capacity of the junior M.E staff.
Provide other management and support to M.E team as needed.

Identify the clusters in field and clear the demarcations of areas.
Supportive Supervision of teams during field.
Meeting with community gate keepers to insure the field activities.
Share daily, weekly and monthly report with Project Coordinator.
Maintain the Log Book of vehicle running in field.

Arrange and conduct periodic meetings with the team members to discuss issues, progress and team performance, and progress report with the concerned stakeholders as per the guidelines.

Compile hard data/booklets on daily basis and sent it to Head office.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report.
Ensure proper documentation for field activities.
Share the results of conducted test/assessment with participated schools after completing the school-based activities.

Monitor all activities as Pre, Intra and Post –Campaign of Polio.
Monitor the Measles campaign.
Prepare Union Council Micro Plan.
Attend and participate in Union Council Polio Eradication CommitteeUPEC, Taluka Polio Eradication Committee TPEC and District Polio Eradication Committee DPEC meetings during Pre- Campaign.
Conduct the mobilization activities in community regarding project during Pre- Campaign.
Conduct the trainings of Mobile teams Area In charges during Pre-Campaign.
Identify the High Risk Migratory Population HRMP during Intra, Pre- and Post-Campaign.
Monitor the fix sites i.e. Basic Health Units BHU, Rural Health Centers RHCs and Team Support Centers TSC during Intra-Campaign.
Monitor the Mobile teams, Transit point teams and Roaming teams during Intra- campaign.
Support and facilitate i.e. coverage of missed children during Intra-campaign.
Participate in Low Quality Assessments LQAs activity during Post-Campaign.
Identify and report the Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP) and Measles cases for further investigation.
Record keeping of all activities.
Conduct Expended Program of Immunization EPI clusters on monthly basis.
Attend and participate Outreach Sessions of EPI on monthly basis.
Upload/ cloud soft data i.e. House hold clusters, Process Indicators and monitoring checklists at Emergency Operation Cell on daily basis.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report.

Identify and mapping of community gate keepers, stakeholders.
Identification of location for health camps.
Conduct individuals meeting with community elders, HCPs, religious/political leaders, fathers, household elders.
Monitor and support data collectors.
Arrange the group sessions with different stake holders in community.
Monitor mobilization activities conducted by team in community.
Distribute IEC material for health camps.
Facilitate female awareness sessions in community.
Conduct Focus Group discussions with teachers, FCVs, UCPWs and religious leaders.
Coordination with key local partners/stakeholders i.e. WHO, Health department of Govt Sindh, UNICEF, and CHIP consulting.
