 Low Voltage:
 Capable of performing full distribution system design including low and medium tension network.
 Emergency and critical load calculation A/C load & firefighting loads, switch gears and protection.
 Ensuring the supply of all required materials, components and equipment to the onsite staff.
 Determining of power fixture sizing and routing of cables/cable trays.
 Installation of indoor and outdoor lighting systems, dimmers and console for the lighting systems.
 Low Current:
 Installation of fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, access control and security control systems, power amplifier and sound systems for building.
 Installation of networking of complete buildings, router configuration, LAN connections, switches installation.
 Essential Responsibilities & Duties :
 Supervision of all electrical and infrastructural activities including sewerage, drainage, water supply system, irrigation system, firefighting system, fountain systems, Power supply backup system.
 Supervise the electrical & mechanical supervisors and foremen.
 Attending site progress and technical meetings and discussions with clients.

 Analyzing cost and coordinating with the sales projects. Reviewing tenders and bids, preparing high quality tender documentation.
 Continuous review of the work schedule during the progress of site work with regards to MEP services and report to the project manager/coordinator on the same.
 Maintenance/Installation and repairing of electrical and mechanical equipment of different Sites.
 Review workers installation method statements and site inspection of equipment for MEP system prior to installation.
 Manage the day to day work of the MEP team.
 Review and approve the material submittals and samples according to the project specifications and codes.
 Designing the power plan and installation of electrical equipment of complete building.
 Designing and installation of electrical Distribution boards and tributar

 Management of engineering department with electrical, mechanical, utility sections.
 Supervises electrical supervisors and foremen.
 Duties encompassed reporting progress, operation and maintenance problems, resources and administration.
 Delivered quality operation and maintenance by closely monitoring the works.
 Conducting the initial tests and inspections for the electrical equipments.
 Reporting the electrical work items to the project manager/coordinator.
 Maintain the operation of purchasing the electrical Materials to the project in time.
 Prepare technical documents and ensure that the work was carried in accordance to the drawings and specifications.
 Maintain the safety measures on site and ensure that all quality control regulation are met.
 Installation and testing of new electrical equipments systems at the building.
 Provided instructions to the staff as and when required.
 Troubleshooting of power & control based electromechanical devices.
 Operation and maintenance of HT/LT power networking & utility systems.
 Planning/scheduling of all type of power, control and instrumentation works of utility.
 Preparing invoices of electrical works and presenting to client.
 Used power and hand tools for performing mechanical assembling.
 Prepare tender documents & bids and coordinated with the contractors and suppliers and maintain good working relations.
 Preparation of bill of quantities and detailed cost estimates of electrical work.
 Following electrical equipments installed in the building diesel generator 400 KVA (Perkin’s, Stamford), package type & tower type air conditioning units, PABX, security surveillance system (DVR,NVR), fire alarm system, fire fighting system, irrigation system, elevators.
 Supervision of 10 members of staff.

 Responsible for planning and leading the daily activities of a team that is carrying out electrical maintenance, installation and modifications of equipments installed in the building.
 Following equipments are installed at the building, Diesel Generator 630 KVA CUMMINS, fire fighting system GRUNDFOS, pump room induction motors, irrigation system, sludge pumps, HT & LT panels, electrical DB’s, security surveillance system. Ensure the continuity & uninterrupted transmission of all electrical equipments of the building.
 Supervising electrical staff and coordinating the daily activities of the electrical department and scheduling work to be done for the day and writing up daily activity reports and submitted to the Site Project Coordinator.
 Assisting in the hiring, selection, training and providing guidance to junior staff in the area of leadership, continuous improvement, decision-making, conflict resolution.
 Working with contractors to complete project on time and negotiating with clients to prepare project specifications and contacting the outside venders for parts or when any requiring technical assistance.
 Developing relationships with external electrical suppliers and prepare budgets, bids, contacts and projects cost estimating.
 Utilizing preventive maintenance procedures to reduce unscheduled downtime.
 Carrying out inspections on all electrical equipments installed at building and helping project managers/coordinators to conduct Health & safety inspections in work areas.
