I am a performance driven result oriented, humble and patient problem solver with an adaptive ability to learn, grow and add value to the business.
I am currently appointed as Deputy Manager HR at Al Rahim Textile, looking after the people analytics, employee engagements, performance management and organization development, towards our vision of being employers of choice. Before joining Al Rahim, I worked at IBA Karachi in the Human Resource Department working towards restructuring the HR following HR Services Footprint, looking after the Employee Engagements and Organization Development.
In April 2016, I joined Aman Foundation as an Assistant Project Manager, managing internal projects, by implementing project management tools such as MS Project 2013 and Enterprise Projects Management (EPM) along with Impact Assessments and Risk Registers I was successful in customization and training of the relevant departments and teams, to develop align with the strategies.
Prior to that, at IBA Karachi, I was part of the Financial Aid/ Scholarships team coordinating with the Students. Later, I was transferred to assist Dr. Ishrat Husain, in the implementation, challenges and achievement of the strategic vision aligned with resource mobilization plans that led to complete up-gradation and transformation of IBA Karachi into a state-of-the-art institute.
At MALC, I was able to structure and develop an HR database while outsourcing the medical benefits to the employees. At RBS I marketed and sold banc-assurance products to the their Customers. At Beltexco (Midas Safety Inc.), I was managing sample requests being sent by our sales centre in Canada against which RD prototype QA/ QC tested samples were arranged and delivered to the customers worldwide. Approval of samples led to huge quantities of export orders.
I am an alumnus of year long IBA-CEE's Post Graduate Diploma program in Human Resource Management (PGD-HRM). I recently completed another Diploma in Big Data Analytics from CICT at IBA Karachi.
