• Coordination with education department at school/tehsil level
• Collecting data on WeT Child attendance from the teacher

• Regular Visits of schools to check attendance and retention of the child

• Ensure the effective utilization of database for Child Protection issues and advocate of the sustainability of CPU .
• Effective case management of identified and referred cases of child protection to relevant agencies/ government departments for assistance and follow up till the case is resolved.


• Conduct coordination meeting with the District Child Protection Committee, other line agencies and CRAN; document and share meeting minutes and follow up on the actions agreed.

• Orient field implementation team regarding Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP).
• Approve field team work plans UC wise on monthly / weekly basis.

• Facilitate CBOs to ensure meaningful children’s participation.
• Facilitate to CBOs to develop their action plans and effective implementation in coordination with program team.
